Our mission statement is “Staffing Services, Inc. strives to close the gap between individuals who are serious about becoming gainfully employed and employers who are just as serious about finding and retaining employees who demonstrate a true ability and desire to perform essential tasks.”

SSI offers several options to meet your staffing needs. First, we offer a Direct Placement program. The employee would go directly to your payroll with a one- time service fee. Secondly, we offer a Temp-to-hire option where the employee is placed with your company for a probationary period of time. If all goes well, after the probationary period the employee rolls over to your payroll with no additional cost. Thirdly, we offer a temporary program where the employee stays on our payroll for an indefinite period of time at your request. Lastly, we offer a day to day program where a worker can report to your location for as few as four hours.

SSI Service Coordinators have placement expertise in a variety of career fields including the industrial, technical, trade, and office/clerical areas of employment. We also effectively pre-screen and place individuals for professional positions.

We examine work histories, educational backgrounds, work ethics, personality traits, and overall attitudes towards gainful employment. Our ability to customize the evaluative process enables us to tailor our search efforts to meet your specific requests. From typing tests to back evaluations, we can pre-screen potential employees as your requirements demand.

Searching for good employees can be a time consuming, costly, and frustrating process. Let us do the searching for you…we'll find who you're looking for…we guarantee it.
